the location was convenient. i appreciated being so close to transport links, it made exploring effortless.
i encountered a few issues . the noise from the nearby club was quite disruptive, particularly late into the night. the tv also had limited channels available, a bit disappointing.

The location was very convenient. i found the staff approachable, and the check-in was seamless. i loved the room. It was stylish with large windows. the in-room coffee and tea were a nice touch!
the shower head showed slight signs of wear.

The staff members at the front desk were quite helpful and very cute. They were quick to assist with directions. the check-in process was quick, it only took a few minutes. I even got restaurant recommendations. i felt so charmed.

The hotel is close to the train station. It made travel very easy. there was a small bar area available , and the lobby area was clean. it had comfortable seating areas. I especially liked the decor.

Check-in was fast. The staff had great friendlyness at arrival. The room was nice with attention given to details. I also liked different pillow firmness options.
The noise was loud because of the adjacent bar. The music continued late into the early morning hours. It made sleep difficult.

The room I got was very modern. It was also stylish and well equipped with an iron. The room was very clean and quiet. The customer service here is really great. They was so accommodating when I called to see if I could check in early.
The lighting was awful in the room. I get that they're themed rooms. I had to use the light on my phone to get my bearings. there was no kettle in the room. The staff told me yea and coffee making facilities were available in the lobby.
